"The staff and owner,Joanna,were absolutely wonderful and accomodating! Alexia,the manager,was very communicative and helpful with her suggestions,what to do,where to dine. The Gardens are beautiful and peace filled. My husband commented how relaxed he was. He even spent time outside! With beautiful nature,you must be prepared for the mosquitoes! I highly recommend this hotel if you find yourself in Ajijic. Also, check out the boutique! "

"Small friendly hotel with super location. Near bus stop, taxi stand, lake, shopping, etc. If you stay here you don’t need to rent a car. Lovely rooms, super clean, nice breakfast included. You won’t regret your stay here!"

"Rooms were huge, clean and well appointed but dated. Grounds were very well maintained and staff were very helpful. Pool was clean but needs a few tiles replaced. I can imagine in its day it was a beautiful property. For the money it was well worth it."

"We were only there on a stopover during a driving trip. The grounds were beautiful and the manager was super nice and very helpful. The only downside is that it was on a main road and the building was set in the front of the property near the road. Would have been perfect if they had built at the rear instead. In fairness, the road was probably not as busy when property was built. There is a great pool with a covered seating area, an outdoor kitchen, firepit area and bbq. Looked like a great...

"The place was decent for the location. The view is beautiful. The staff was friendly and attentive. The staff made my stay pleasing. I would recommend the restaurant, it was delicious. I would have to recommend that AC units be installed in the bedrooms. Most outlets did not work, the screen door was broken, and the wifi service was not great."
