"Je viens de temps en temps (raison familiale) dans le secteur, et ma dernière visite il y a quelques mois j'avais trouvé l'établissement terriblement vieilli et en mauvaise état et un accueil négligeant. Heureuse SURPRISE l'établissement a été rénové, relooké plus moderne et les nouveaux gérants très affables et serviables. Le parking est enfin fermé de jour comme de nuit. BRAVO et MERCI "

"Horrible stay, we booked a room for 2 adults and a kid age 12. When we got to the hotel after the rudeness of the night clerk we finally got to our room.We were shocked that the room had a queen bed and as a third bed a matress on the floor. We complained the next day and we were told that it is what it is and actually we should be happy because they don t have rooms for 3. So why do you take reservation for 3 than."

"This little hotel was a great surprise for a last minute stay. Was very clean and the bed I had was very good, room 15. The late night staff could have been a little nicer. Property description said they spoke English, that was not the case. Morning staff was little rude when I walked around the lobby, because my stay did not include the breakfast. However they did make up for it with an expression. Other than that I would recommend if you are staying in Chantilly. "
