When I arrived, I was told by the person, who checked me in that the room I had booked, the Classic room, only had a shared bathroom a fact I had not noticed at the reservation. When she, a young woman from Ukraine, saw my reaction, she was kind enough to offer me a room with a bathroom, because, as she said, you are the only guest anyway. I was of course...

"Felt like a hostel for adults , very noisy doors . Slamming all the time . Hearing people walk up and down stairs / walkway from rooms . Not a place for a nice quite relaxing getaway. But for people that need to get married in the town over . I guess?.?.?."

"We very much enjoyed the use of the kitchen, stocked with knifes, cutlery, pots and pans, cups, glasses, cutting boards, oven, microwave, cook top, coffee maker, fridge and freezer….to name a few! Tables and chairs and also some additional food needs were available. We also appreciated the containers for empty bottles, so as to have them recycled! It was mostly clean and someone came regularly to empty the recycling and clean up after those who don’t…smile. I am a tidy and clean freak so I did...

"Ejeren af Jungshovedgaard har sat sit tydelige præg på stedet, som er smagfuldt, hyggeligt og kuriøst indrettet - man mærker tydeligt, at det er en mand ud af en antikvitetshandlerfamilie. Hence, this is more of a criticism of the platform hotels.com because we received an email that said the booking is confirmed and only much further down the email in small print did it notify that we needed to contact the property 24 hours in advance to make arrangements for access to property. Further down the line, it indicated only a phone number for special requests....

"I had a good night staying at Anette's place, but travellers should be aware that the bathroom is shared with other guests and faces directly onto the communal area - I had to wait to use it in the morning, and then the other guest was having a long conversation right outside the door with Anette which meant I couldn't feel relaxed!
