"This property was perfectly fine. There was massive construction that was just beginning and would start at 7am. I went through my full booking with only one set of towels and I feel like this might have been a mistake but when you’re out all day, and the front desk closes at 5, it’s hard to ask for fresh linens and when you call the help line, you’re told this isn’t an emergency and to wait till they open at 10am (true). The hotel was older and so there were things about it that didn’t make...

"Nicely located property close to the broadbeach centre. Resort is on the smallish side but has all the amenities for a pleasant stay. Staff were courteous and helpful. Resort is slightly dated but very clean.and the Lifts are super fast compared to spme resorts. I would recommend this resort and would stay again."
