"The lady working the desk last night 10/27 was rude was shooting didn't want to go up from lobby area because she was sitting she wouldn't help us and when we asked to buy something she was rude and mean and when we called she was rude. She wouldn't even get up to help other customers she just pointed from the lobby area where she was sitting. "

However, one minor issue I encountered was the sound insulation between rooms; conversations could occasionally be heard through the walls, which was a bit distracting at times. Additionally, I found that housekeeping service required a call to arrange for fresh bedding and towels. That said, I was impressed with the promptness of their response once contacted, which made the process smooth."

"The Darwin hotel was an amazing experience. The workers are very friendly and help out with our confusion. However, my wife and I didn’t like the fact that we paid for parking for the hotel, but were force to park in overflow parking because all parking spots were taken by non hotel guess. The overflow was a bit sketchy, and we didn’t like that fact we couldn’t see our car. Other than that the stay was amazing and would recommend others to stay for a nice experience and good food. "All of the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful! We had a spectacular view of the city from our room. The hotel is right across the street from the aquarium. Breakfast was really good as well. We would stay here again. "

"We stayed in a 1BR double bed suite. It was very spacious and the kitchen was well equiped. The main living foom seemed sparse. I would suggest a recliner chair would be nice."
