"Aparthotel was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the area too with a great shopping centre, and links to Disneyland and the city centre. As noted by others the hallways are in need of renovation due to peeling wallpaper, but we did see workman starting to deal with this while we were there. "Poor service. We checked in at 10.30 pm and I asked what time the bar was open until and was told it was closed, they were still serving! In the morning, housekeeping entered the room at 9.00 am and we were still sleeping. I informed reception but they did not speak English, eventually someone came who spoke English and said it was my fault as I didn’t put the do not disturb sign in the door. They were not interested at all."

"Stayed in a 5 bedroom 3 bath property for our trip to Disneyland which was 20 minutes drive away. Ideal for 2 families as it was 2 separate units together, each having separate kitchen and dinning but sharing the decked outside space,although it doesn't state this when booking it was ideal for us. It was spotlessly clean with all new furniture and bedding. Kitchen was well equipped with all essentials. All towels, cleaning pack and a basket with tea and coffee provided, which wasn't expected....
