The only thing needing improvement was the lounge - it was far too low and not comfortable to sit on or get out of without difficulty. There were also no instructions on the television's operation. Having televisions in the bedroom would be beneficial. Bathrooms, laundry and wadrobes were fantastic! Will stay again!"

"The bed is fairly in comfortable. The aircon was very noisey and then blew up which sucked as it was hot. Probably wouldn’t stay here again. Pros were there is a bistro down stairs so easy to get dinner."

"Stayed four nights. The friendly staff made us welcome from the beginning to the end. Our apartment was clean and had all the things we needed. We knew it was not serviced but the lovely cleaning staff provided any extras we needed including clean towels. We left something behind and Punthill reception sent an email and let us know. Staff very honest thank you. We would happily return. "
