"Very professional staff, clean and safe. The only complaint I would have is that there was a surprise snow storm and I slipped and fell on the ice in the parking lot getting into my car. I should have reported it, but since the province isn't used to snow, they probably didn't think of it "

"The lady at the front desk (which happens to be from Kansas City as well) was awesome! She gave us restaurant suggestions and was very friendly. The bed was comfortable and YES, they have cable! Check out was easy as well! "

"Only downside is how hard it is to get to when the mall is open. We spent 15 min waiting to get to the 4 way stop to turn onto the road for the property. The bed was very comfortable. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby smelled amazing. Not something I would have thought about there is just something relaxing about walking in to a hotel that smells good and not like cleaner."
