"Lovely property .... The dinner was great . Room service was very convenient and fast . The spa was wonderful Justine was amazing with the massage I felt so relaxed after. "I stayed for a weekend trip as a short romantic getaway. I booked a bungalow that was not part of the main building. While I don't expect everything to be perfect, there were definitely a lot of flaws that could be improved. I liked the room, however, the pillows on the bed were extremely uncomfortable. My partner and I both agreed this was the worst night's sleep we've ever had. The room smelled kind of musty. The bedroom door and shower door struggled to close because they kept getting caught...

"The two king beds room (#310) on the third floor had a bit of an unpleasant smell (stale carpet? dirty mop was used to wipe down the room?). We didn't report it and left the balcony door open to air it. But the second room (#113) was large, spacious and clean. We all had a comfortable night's sleep. Staff were really nice. Location was AWESOME! Thanks for a lovely stay overall! "

"Our stay was AMAZING!! The Front Desk staff could not have been more helpful and friendly - they acted like their #1 priority was making sure we had everything we needed. There was a wonderful bar/community area where we could play table games, play vinyl records that were provided, have a drink - so comfortable and fun! It was also within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and not far from the Ferry to Shelter Island. We highly recommend this hotel!!"
