The staff was very nice, and the place was clean (you could tell by the smell of cleaning products on the hallway), but the place is old and the surrounding area was questionable. Since the cancellation period had expired by the time I got to the hotel, I decided to take it as a sunk cost, and found another hotel to stay at."

Desde o momento do check in com auxílio do Márcio que foi super atencioso e paciente com todas as explicações, com o serviço de quarto e limpeza, quanto no check out com o carinho do J. Geraldo acalmando minha filha. Totalmente recomendo o hotel! Parabéns para todo staff! O melhor do Brasil é o brasileiro!"

"Pessoal muito simpático. Principalmente o Yago na recepção. Quarto bom, tv Smart. Chuveiro bom. Colchão é box, apesar de eu preferir mais duro, tive uma boa noite de sono nele. Café da manhã com yogurte, 2 tipos de suco, bolo, alguns tipo de pães, queijo, presunto, ovos mexidos, salsicha, pão de queijo, mamão, abacaxi, café, leite. Para mim, foi o suficiente. Já é a segunda vez q hospedo nesse hotel. Ele fica mais no começo da cidade, mas tem um supermercado BH por perto, posto Shell de frente....

"O lugar é bonito, as suítes são simples, mas muito confortáveis. No meu entendimento poderiam melhorar o acesso à internet e as opções do self-service. Os funcionários são muito gentis e se esforçam para atender bem, mas fica nítida que treinamento pode mudar o patamar deles Deveriam ter contingência para quando o acesso à internet caísse, pois o check out ficou confuso para pagto com cartão de crédito. Na soma geral foi um bom fim de semana. Tem boa relação custo x benefício"
