"Our first stay here. All staff who we had contact with were excellent. Things we would have liked to know-we booked two rooms. When we checked in hotel was fully booked and our two rooms were in separate buildings...so our children (young) were not in same building as us. Restaurant on site was fully booked so we had to drive to another food place for dinner after a very long day of driving (make a reservation for dinner at on site restaurant if you plan to eat on site). "Beautiful place, cozy cabins, really enjoyed our trip. Maybe some new mattresses, it was a little uncomfortable. Ate at restaurant, supposed to be St. Patrick's Day party. Staff was completely overwhelmed. Well over an hour to get wings and a pizza. Garlic parm wings were really good! Pizza just ok. Party was not happening, so some customers who appeared to be regulars got karaoke started. Overall, we had a great time! Definitely interested in coming back forva friends trip. Probably will...

"Great for a stay for 2, right in the middle of everything and Starbucks at your feet. Check and and loading is a bit of a pain but other than that if location and ski-in ski-out is what your are looking for it’s wonderful! "

"Perfectly located near downtown Hot Springs, this lovely b&b has all anyone could want including a wonderful host team! Comfy beds. Clean well appointed bedrooms. A self service galley for coffee, tea, etc and wonderful gathering spaces. "

"My husband and son enjoyed the location and found the room very comfortable. There was a variety of food choices within walking distance. The ski experience was great b/c there were lockers on site and the lift really was close by. The only issue they experienced was with Streaming TV. It would not stay on (it kept turning off) and it would not enable streaming. They researched ways to fix the issues but were unsuccessful. They shared this experience with the property manager. "

" We had a wonderful stay at Hillcrest Mansion Inn. It felt like stepping onto a film set worthy of Downton Abbey. The house is beautiful; it was so nice and peaceful to spend time in such a warm and cozy place. Breakfast was phenomenal, Martha is an amazing cook. I felt so pampered the entire weekend we were there. Perfect for those seeking a romantic, out of time, experience. The beds are fantastic which added to our goals for a restful and relaxing getaway. We will definitely be back!"
