"Officially the quietest hotel we've ever stayed in - once in our rooms we literally heard nothing from outside it. The room was nice, clean etc. We were there for 4 days and no one came to clean which was unexpected but equally not really an issue. Staff were all friendly. Location was ok for us as we like walking but it is quite a distance from anywhere. "My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights while visiting Vienna's Christmas Market. We had a nice room with a comfortable queen bed and a nice shower. At first I was not sure how close to all the actions this hotel would be but it worked out very well. Within 15 minutes walking of the Innere Stadt. We did not use the breakfast option. Front desk was VERY helpful with following up on our missing luggage, bus ticket, etc. I recommend this hotel."
