"Stayed for almost two weeks. It’s a great location, close to transportation and dining. The hotel staff is very friendly and very accommodating. The kitchenette is fully equipped and there is a grocery store just below the hotel. A great property. "

"Very good hotel and close to city center and all of the Christmas Markets. Great breakfast with a very hospitable staff. If you want a good experience and able to walk about everywhere, this is a good hotel for that. No steps to get from front door to elevator. I'd stay here again when in Vienna. "

"Nice hotel and decent transport links close to underground station. Stayed for 3 night and the room wasn’t made up at any point but I’m guessing that is perhaps standard. One disappointment was that the pillows were really uncomfortable to me. I asked if they had any softer pillows and they didn’t. "
