"4 kids aging from 17 to 5 months plus myself. We did a 3 day 2 night stay.Checkin was at 4pm and checkout was 11 am. When we arrived the first night they was in the middle of Happy hours ( from 5pm- 7pm daily) which includes 2 free drinks ( from a preset drink menu) and free snacks ( chips/ dip type items which was good for the most part). The bartender, Vell, was extremely friendly and made great drinks and very helpful when needed. As far as the room I chose the Suite, double beds which came...

"Excelente customer service. I arrived early and the person at the front desk was very kind to allow me to check in , without incurring in extra fees. Just to keep in mind that they offer a shuttle to the airport, but only goes to the domestic one. You will have to take another bus from the domestic airport to go to the international. "Overall the hotel was nice, however there were a few issues. 2 of the 4 lamps in the room did not work. The room lighting was poor. They only left 2 sets of towels and 1 and a half rolls of toilet paper. I thought housekeeping always changes the toilet paper after COVID. They never leave a partial roll of toilet paper in bathroom. Well, there was partially used roll and 1 extra. Our stay was 3 nights. Suggestion, please put microwaves and a mini fridge in rooms. It's so convenient for guests....
