"Average experience, prices are high for Brazilian as usual. The swimming pool was dirty with mold all over. The shower in the bedroom (electrical) was in short when touched. all this issues were informed to the receptionist. As a silver user i did not had the benefit of 20% discount in the consumption (1 time per stay) .. the hotel said that they did not recognized such discount pointed by the Hotels company."

"O local é exatamente como nas fotos. Bem limpo, tudo bem novinho, funcionários simpáticos, comida boa. Minha ressalva é para o quarto que não tem janela, na verdade existe uma janelinha bem pequena mas que não abre e fica na parte superior da cama só pra dar uma leve circulada de ar (o ponto positivo é que fica escurinho pela manhã). Mas meu único problema mesmo foi o barulho. MUITO barulho. Dava pra escutar as pessoas conversando na recepção, as pessoas que trabalham na cozinha, o celular do...
