"Wonderful front staff. Wonderful property. Only complaint is I was woken up by a lady knocking at my door claiming to have had the room the day before and left her lap top. She was frantic, and with that it threw the front desk staff into panic and they gave her a key to my room. Thankfully I had the door dead-bolted as well. I would not have been happy had she of came into the room while I was sleeping OR while I was out.. considering the desk gave her a key to access the elevator AND my room...

"This property is within walking distance of the railway station so in that respect it’s convenient. The property itself is well maintained. The room was clean & the bed comfortable. However we did have a tear in our top sheet, and had to ask for more soap in the shower. The spa & pool are fantastic after a long day travelling. Parts of the areas around the hotel can give you an unsafe feeling. The staff whilst polite had limited English. In saying that the hotel is value for money. "

"This was perfect for our needs. Right by the train station. They weee able to accommodate three adults in perfectly comfortable beds (3 twin) they had soap in the shower, a kitchen sink with dishes and a kettle for our tea! They even had a fan which made sleeping more comfortable. It was perfect!"

"After the tram line was extended, this ”Appart'City Classic Genève” became more convenient than before. Also a supermarket "Casino" is only 1 minute on foot. The area is quiet and the facility is fairly organized. "

"The room was slightly better than expected! Pretty clean and decent size. I searched for properties on Expedia with a filter for hotels that have an air conditioner, and this one popped up. However, there is no AC so we had a pretty hot night. Because of this, we had the window open which meant we get very little sleep due to the constant noise coming from outside. This was louder than the usual city street din but people yelling, loud music, tires screeching, etc. Would never stay there again...
