"Loved this boutique hotel with modern design. Great location on top of the mount. If you travel by train with luggage, it's a good hike up to the top! The service was the absolute best, so welcoming, friendly and helpful for dining and touring recommendations. There is a food market/hall nearby with lots of dining options at lunchtime. "

"The hotel was ok for one night. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was small but well decorated and clean. The issue was the additional charge for parking which came as a surprise upon check-in. "

"The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category. "
