"The cabins were immaculately clean and very family friendly. The pool was still pretty cold but kept clean. The facility has bikes, kayaks, grills, pickleball and a dock to launch from. The property was very clean and quiet at night. Perfect little getaway!"

"Had a wonderful time. So much to do in the area. We enjoyed the Cabana Club beach only a short drive away and included in the fee. We were there for the coldest week of the year. The maintenance gentleman, Scott and his assistant were kind enough to bring a hard to find space heater that kept us toasty warm as well a giving spot on recommendations for great places to eat. Some construction in the area but tolerable. Hope to return someday. "

"The unit we stayed in was very clean, beds comfy. The unit itself is showing some wear and tear but that did NOT affect the cleanliness. The view of the ocean was why i chose to stay here and was not disappointed. The patios of each unit are fairly close and do not lend alot of privacy--not genetally a problem, unless the neighbors decide to get affectionate (if you know what I mean 😀) The pool was clean and offered plenty of seating. I would definitely stay here again."

"Place was very clean, beds comfy, enough room for the 4 of us, fishing off the dock was great, heated pool awesome, close to beaches and things to do! It was the little things - one hair dryer (instead of one in both bathrooms), no hangers in the closets - (which we purchased and left there), beach chairs for adults (which we purchased and left there), clothes dryer would only dry a few items at a time, very dark in all the rooms, needs one more comfy chair in the living room "

The keys provided a great escape, and the house itself was well-appointed, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay.However, we were quite disappointed with the pool. It was cold, the systems were not well-maintained, and it was not cleaned in preparation for our stay. "The property was excellent for a relaxing trip that we had planned for. We will consider again in the future if we come back to Marathon. If I had a complaint, which I don't, but you may want to address the deadbolt. It didn't show low battery but yet it beeped in different sequences' all hours of the day and night. "

"Not what we expected. Hoped to be closer to water. Could have used a map to the area. TV options were strange. No live network or sports networks? Most channels were internet channels. Could not figure out how to change volume on the Samsung remote available. Directions would have been helpful."
