"The city view room was exactly as pictured, spacious and comfortable. Not sure I would enjoy one of the windowless rooms so much. Our room was ready when we arrived, but 5pm check in time seems quite late. No breakfast on site and we didn't find any good options nearby."

"Few minutes walk to MRT to Tao Yuan airport. Rooms nice and clean but too cold and they didn’t have a heater. (We should have asked for another blanket!) lots of massage places nearby. However our bathroom had a leak which they ofc couldn’t fix at 1am. Also rooms quite expensive compared to other Taipei station hotels but we had to use the Vouchers we won so no choice. Room was v dim too, very hard to read, they should put more lights. They also didn’t have a ramp for us to roll our luggages up...
