"Motel haa been somewhat updated and is very clean. Beds are comfortable and have a heated mattress pad-a real luxury! Nice kitchenette arrangement and very friendly staff. I’d stay there again if I’m in the area. "

"We stayed here for two nights, before and after our Tongariro Crossing trip. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Check in and communication was straightforward. The ear plugs left on the table came in handy as the property is located next to a fairly busy road and trucks transporting cars stop and do their driver change-over next to it. Also the carpet in the room could do with a refresh as it does not smell very nice."
