"O quarto é muito pequeno, não tem nem local para colocar uma mala de viagem. Estava sujo, e no geral com aspecto de desleixo no cuidado."

"Hotel muito ruim, limpeza a desejar, banheiro péssimo com vazamento por todos os lados. Roupa de cama e banho da pior qualidade, por incrível que possa parecer dentro do frigobar tinha até fios de cabelo. Café da manhã super fraco. Diária muito cara para o que o " hotel" oferece. Não recomendo de maneira nenhuma."

"The stay at Grand Cafe Hotel was unpleasant , check-in was pretty easy but after a long road trip, all you expect is more attention on helping the guests as carrying the luggage to the room, I couldn’t find anyone who could help me so I did it myself. I called room service for basic supplies as Water (since you can’t find in the room) the answer I got is to go down and get it. (No room temperature water, only cold, if you are sick you better wait the temperature to drop) Those type of hotels...
