He picked us up at the airport, took us around for 2 full days , and even took us to a local restaurant, where we met Ali, the friendly owner, and we had the most delicious indian meals. "The wireless is outdated as you have to continually login with an Indian cell phone. They act like wireless is precious when this is 2020. When you go the desk, no one can help you with payment or anything broken in your room. Instead, those 3-4 employees at the desk send away for a manager in another part of the hotel, which takes 10 minutes. Why can't the 3-4 people at the front desk have any answers to our questions?"

"First of all, Hotels advertised rates locally were cheaper than what Expedia charged me. Even if I booked two rooms, the property were not aware of it. They had only one room prepared. This is despite I called them twice on the day before I checked in. The rooms were very smelly, bathroom were disgusting. The WiFi was not working as per the person who checked in, but next day they told it was working. TV channels were not working. Duvets were smelling and not clean. They had kettle for heating...

"Property is located in Industrial area. Some part of the property is under construction. Property is more suitable for group booking for marriages, family party etc. Not proper hotel for Individual bookings. The property photo shown is not latest. No way it can be called resort, its just for temporary night halt."
