"The overall stay was made by the attentive staff and the real desire to please the guests. The food was good, the chef and staff in the restaurant were dedicated to giving you a good experience. The hotel has dated decor, but everything is fairly well maintained and a bit of croquet game in the grounds and massage on site did cheer me up. "The hotel’s location is very convenient , especially if you are going to the caves and explore the historical sites. The staff is really helpful and friendly. Thumbs up for our driver ! "When I arrived, the hotel manager said this was the wrong hotel. However, this was clearly a lie, and she had simply been offered a better price for my reservation. Now I had no place to stay. As a nice kick in the teeth from Hotels.com, they refused to refund me for the stay, saying it was booked under a non-cancellation ploicy. First and last time I will use this service. If you support this kind of business you only have yourself to blame for why corruption is ruining this world."
