"Hotel property was very well maintained, on-site restaurant was great! Staff were very friendly and great hospitality. Rooms were a bit limited on extras (small tv, limited towels, no coffee maker etc) but bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very large and renovated. Overall positive stay! It is in an area on its own so not close to other restaurants etc, but a great location for a short stay and only 20 min drive from Heraklion airport!"

"It is a very unique property decorated with museum pieces handmade in Crete. Inside and outside. Very special addition is a sand beach we enjoyed so much. "This hotel seemed to be recently renovated so everything was in great condition. The staff was exceptionally friendly and service was great. Hotel is not a "strip" hotel, but bus transport is right outside that can take you downtown and to the bus station to connect to other areas. 2great supermarkets are 5 minutes walk from the hotel so you can stock up on room snacks very easily. "Although arrived late afternoon, the room was not ready. No offer of coffee, juice or wine during the wait. Although advertised as having wifi in room, there wasn't. Charged extra for aircon. Shower plughole blocked. Crockery in room dirty - no washing up liquid to remedy that. Bin for toilet paper not emptied. Pool was fine, if too shallow for a longer swim. AVOID"
