"Great hotel overall in an industrial park though. Breakfast options based on starbucks menu was allright but extremely expensive and service while very friendly was extra long. We were on a hurry for a work meetng that morning and almost ended up late by asking to black coffees. Great room, a bit small but very clean and functional."

UMass Lowell Inn and Conference Center

2.5 star property
7.8 out of 10, Good, (494)
"Hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff were very nice. Bar staff seemed annoyed that we asked for a drink. He was dismissive when I asked him a few questions about the area. So we left after our one drink. Continental breakfast had no coffee brewed or muffins ready. Waited about 20 minutes before someone came out with coffee. Only stayed one night. Price was right and it was very quiet which we liked. You get what you pay for here. "
