"This was our 3rd stay in 2 years, each time in a garden room. The terrace is so lovely to have in addition to the room. We asked for a 'more comfy' chair and we were given one which benefitted my wife immensely. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. 1 improvement would be a shower mat as the shower floor tiles are very slippery. On our last 2 visits we have bought a shower mat in a lical shop."

"The hotel was very spacious , very clean and very comfortable ,however is a nice bit out of the centre. The staff were very helpful and particularly the receptionist in the morning went to a great deal of trouble to get me a taxi which I am very grateful for."

We zijn er een paar dagen aaneen geweest en hebben genoten van de wandelingen en tourtjes in de omgeving. ‘S avonds heerlijk genoten van de leuke restaurants/bistro’s, waaronder het Italiaanse restaurant L’inevitable. Al met al een hele fijne locatie om de Ardennen verder te verkennen. "

"Attended for the Belgium Grand Prix, so appreciably busy, however parking could be better as struggled to find places and due to a lack of demarcation in the overflow carparks, people were parking everywhere, including on grassed areas. Rooms are clean, however in need of air conditioning as the far side of the hotel is glazed and the rooms were hot, despite a fan being provided.
