"My stay is based on a last minute £44 booking - value for money was 100% All staff were very friendly and pleasant. Room was clean and basic. My only negative was being a man over 6 foot it was almost impossible to use the toilet or shower. Unsure if all the en suites are that small, we had room 137. You have to sit on the toilet at an angle! Im sure would be fine for those 5"5 and under. Id book again for the same price."

The room I had was well equipped and clean, just very noisy. I moved to another single which was a bit quieter than the first but even here most sounds carried from surrounding rooms, noisy plumbing etc. It seems to be due to the construction of the building rather than particularly noisy guests If you are not troubled by this, or have decent...

"I had an early arrival in Exmouth and they kindly offered to keep my luggage until later that afternoon. The room was comfortable with the things that would usually expect to find, television, kettle etc. The room was clean apart from a few old marks on the carpet. For once I had a shower that was easy and safe to use, my only recommendation would be the availability of a non slip surface for the bath.
