Got locked out of the hotel and they were quick to answer a very late night phone call to help us out. "Really nice stay. Reception and staff were really helpful friendly people that could speak multiple languages. We stayed on level 3 in the outdoor house section, we didn’t have a good view out of the window as we were near where the walkway to the stairs to the pool were which was behind the hotel really and payed for the standard room, but we still had a private balcony area with two chairs and a table. Our room was nice, had everything we needed, however the air conditioning didn’t work which...
