"Loved this place! Stayed here with 5 other people and the room was so nice and clean. We loved the 2 showers and 2 toilets especially. Staff was great and showed us how to get to grandvalira. Recommend!"

"Room was ok for our 2 nights, but would be small for longer stay of 4 persons. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it."

"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. "Stopped here in Jan 2025 with 2 other guys sharing a triple room on half board. Great hotel that has a relaxed and fun atmosphere about it, games in the bar (chess, pool, checkers etc) Room was very big compared to other ski hotels, obviously the usual basic room but beds and pillows were good, room was warm and shower powerful. Room was clean and tidied will towels etc every day. Food wise breakfast was a good buffet, a little cold as in could have been warmer, but good usual continental...

"The hotel is perfectly located near to the centre of Ordino. It is an older hotel and therefore don’t expect ultra modern, but it is very clean and comfortable, the staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. the only thing that lets it down is the acoustics, we could hear the Roomes either side and above, although this didn’t disturb our sleep. "

"Good location very close to the pistes. Could do with a bit of a refresh, but for the price can't complain. Staff somewhat brusque at times, but nothing too much to put you off. Nice and quiet at night and comfy beds. Slept well. "
