"We stayed in an accessible superior lodge which offered lots of room to manoeuvre in my all-terrain powerchair. The staff were welcoming and friendly and so kind to my assistance dog. Overall a lovely spot to enjoy North Wales. "

"Good clean room on third floor with large walk in shower in en suite. Could not undo locked wardrobe door but due to inconvenience given two free breakfasts which was appreciated. Not many socket outlets in room and non near kettle. Would not recommend having evening meal due to slow service and quality. Real ale pumps but no real ale on.Parking restricted but we were aware. Staff very helpful. "

"I've stayed at the hotel previously, it's ideally situated and the staff are very accommodating. The room is comfortable and I would stay again. The only negative point was breakfast, this was the first time I'd had breakfast here and the service was very slow. I arrived at the restaurant at 8:35am, at 9:27am I was still waiting for my food. This was not ideal, given I was meant to leave at 9:30am. If breakfast starts at 8:30am, then all food should be ready to serve from that time."

"Stayed for 3 nights, hotel is old but clean. Breakfast was nice, bar was nice. Car park got busy on the Friday, only space left was under a tree. Next morning the front left hand side and windscreen of my car was caked in bird mess, horrible thick black filth. I got a bucket of water from reception and was able to scrape the thick mess off my windscreen but had to wait until I got home to clean off the rest of the mess - went to a local handwash and had to pay a bit extra for the clean.
