"The friendliness and helpfulness of staff was outstanding. The check in/check out was efficient. The rooms were small but very, very comfortable and clean. Had a great night's sleep. The Swansea market and castle are nearby, shop are an easy few steps away, and there are some great eating options within walking distance. The on-site cafe, Cafe Lucia served great coffee and was a very comfortable, inviting venue. Would stay here again, if we ever get the opportunity to return to Swansea."

"We were on the second floor, the lift was clean and prompt, the room was clean and the bathroom clean. "Havnt been here for quite some time. Big revamp makes a big difference. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. One issue was the room was very warm. Even when the radiators were tyrned off.
