"Had a fabulous stay at this property last week. Staff were wonderful and did everything they could to accommodate (even replaced an old bed that was giving us substantial back pain). The area around the property is residential and a golf course so it's quiet and peaceful which was important to us. Units are huge which we loved, full kitchens (including full stove and oven), so it was convenient to cook at the unit (there are also BBQ's but we didn't use them). "The first room they gave us had a smell when we first entered. Upon inspection the garbage disposal was broken and had a foul smell. We contacted the front desk who sent the maintenance person who confirmed it was broken and emitted a foul smell. They apologized and provided us a different room which was completely remodeled. It was so nice, we wish we found this place for the two prior nights we stayed in Sedona!"

"First time staying in Oak Creek. Loved the location, walking distance to several nice dining options and some shopping. Room was spacious and clean, bed super comfortable. Front desk always smiling and pleasant. Would definitely stay again. Things to note, in high season drive time to Uptown Sedona can be 30min."

"Everything was great about this property for the exception that there is not an elevator. If you are handicapped the only access to the upper level is by stairs. Best to request a room on the first level. "
