"It was a VERY VERY VERY complicated check in. At the hotel they didn’t know about the reservation and they weren’t expecting us. When I show the person in charge my online reservation and receipt they got mad and tell me they don’t work with Expedia any more because it was hard to get their payment back. "We went to Puerto Barrios, Guatemala, staying at Marbrissa Hotel, the staff were friendly and very helpful, our room was clean but poorly maintained, the bathroom also. After our first couple of hours we noticed a bad leak on the toilet reservoir connecting to the bowl, the staff put us in another room, all was fine. Again the unit was clean but poorly maintained.
