"This is a stunning small boutique hotel with wonderful staff and excellent service. The furnishings and decor are very attractive and homely and the roof terrace is spectacular. Breakfast was superb for continental! But Hotels.com needs to update its description, they don’t offer a free transfer service to the port any longer and it is not a swimming pool on the terrace but a thermal pool with waters from a local hot spring, which is simply wonderful! This is not negative feedback just a note...

"Centrally located, states on booking site there is a pool, but there is no pool, very dissatisfied with this as I specifically booked and paid for that. Beds are very uncomfortable. Our bathroom smelt of rotten eggs even after it was serviced everyday, and TV channels did not work "

"Overall I really enjoyed staying there, due Covid things are different but the room was nice with a greet balcony overlooking the ocean and listening to the water crash on rocks. Nice breakfast. "

"We loved to stay in this hotel, location is excellent and Ariana and Lorenza were very nice and helpful when specially we needed some information about Lipari and others islands. I wish I could remember all names because the whole staff was wonderful. Special thanks to this gentleman that was there almost every night during our stay always helping us! Rocce Azzurre is a lovely hotel with this natural "swimming pool" right in front of it! We definitely would stay there again."
