The staff were all friendly and would occasionally smile whenever we walked past. We liked our housekeeper who we always greeted every morning (except on our check out day). Location was convenient - to many food places, metro, can walk to attractions, etc. One point to improve on could perhaps be to inform the guests of their room number...

"This is a very good budget hotel. Breakfast is very good. They even offer a simple and free supper buffet. Some snacks, tea, coffee, and ice cream are available after 3 PM on the 1st floor tea room for free. How nice it is to sit there next to the tea-room window, watch the passersby and have some ice cream. The hotel hosts quite a lot of tour groups, and they could get aloud sometimes. But overall it's a decent hotel."
