"Good locations. Great service especially the security team who help us parked the car as carpark spot was limited. They provide kind a valet services without extra charge. I would be perfect if the staff can provide 2 swipe cards per room instead 1. It’s bit hassle to move around the hotel especially with other family member were in different level."

"the room was toooo small...and T/V..too small..no fridge...coffee no spoon..bathroom gets flooded from shower....very silly.b/fast same and cold.no milk for coffee...orange syrip..they cleaned room and left dirty towles on floor...picked them up and found guys undies under the bed..very dissapointing.."

"Good Hotel with great staff. Mr Eddie & Miss Ika and the rest of the staff were most helpful. The rooms were clean & comfortable. Breakfast was included & had a good choice of foods. Location was good, with many eateries colse by and 500m walk to the nearest Mall. Will stay at Ibis styles again & highly recommend this hotel."

"Overall the hotel was good, the front office were great, they speak English really good. breakfast was okay, food was already cold when I got there, bed is comfortable, the housekeeper need to be train more because there’s still dust in the side table of the bed, also below the bed there’s trash such as bottle lid, tissue or plastic bag that I found when I was looking for my slippers.
