"We had a problem with your booking system we styated that we needed a downfloor room as there was no lift and i was unable to walk upstairs.When we arrived he said we were booked in for an upstairs room.I found this very stressful as i had phoned up before hand to check that we were downstairs. However the very helpful gentleman on reception sorted it out and we were able to stay."

"Bed was large and comfortable. The room was spec’d to a high standard which was nice. The kitchenette had all the necessary equipment with a large built in fridge and freezer compartment. Getting into the property was easy and fully self service. Onsite parking is free with quite a few spots at the back and front. "Staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Need more staff at breakfast time especially on the morning after a wedding. Housekeeping definitely needs improvement. Very squeaky flooring in annexe, in corridors and rooms. "

"Attended for a wedding. The ballroom for functions was excellent, the perfect size, well decorated and with a good sized dance floor. Our room was perfect - whilst not huge, no space was wasted and we didn't feel cramped. Nice sized shower too which is always a plus, no bashing my elbows whilst washing my hair! Bed nice and comfortable. The staff were all very pleasant and professional and helped us with everything we needed. No complaints, I'd happily stay again :) "
