"The hotel was good clean and tidy. Staff were great and helpful. BAD POINT though. There is kettle and cups in room but only a teabag on offer. When I asked at reception for some coffee and milk I was told there is a shop across the road that sells it. The hotel don't do it. "This hotel is a bit like the Tardis: Bigger on the inside than it is outside. There is onsite free parking & lifts to the rooms which are warm & of adequate size. Staff were very friendly. I had had a 6 hour drive in bad weather to get there, so whilst my wife went to the San Pellegrino spa I stayed to rest and find somewhere to eat. "My wife and I stayed at the Alberi for three nights. The room looked out on the lake. We walked everywhere with lots of restaurants nearby. Convenient, public parking is directly behind the hotel. The rooms were clean, very nicely sized and the staff was outstanding! A great continental breakfast with lots of delicious choices. We will be back to enjoy it again!"
