"This is a fabulous olde world style hotel full of antiques and charm. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The gardens are meticulously kept and perfect for relaxing in after sightseeing - especially with a nice cold beer from their bar, the 19th Hole Pub. This is a good old fashioned bar playing great music, serving cold beers and mixing wonderful cocktails - get Pradeep to make you a Tequila Margarita 🍸! The staff were not hospitable or conscientious and the hotel listings we’re confusing. No food is available from the hotel. Overall the space had a dreary colonial vibe."

"Dirty beds, bedsheets and bathroom. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody. Bathroom was leaking and dirty with spiders and spiderwebs. Room is like a jail, no windows. It was a horrible experience. I advise travellers to stay at Hatton and travel to Nallandeniya on time to clime Adam's peak."
