"The stay was nice, its a beautiful staycation, Marcus and Michael were very nice to us. The sad part was we couldn’t experience the night stay as we got locked out due to a miscommunication from them. Had a car to sleep luckily. We did get in in the morning and had a nice breakfast and some bed sleep. They said they wouldn’t charge for stay and breakfast so I thought they were genuinely sorry. But the refund never came. So there is a large scope of improvement. But its a nice and cozy stay....

"The receptionist was not very friendly due to being overworked. The check-in was rushed and unfriendly and the check-out with the same receptionist was again rushed. It would have been nice if she could at least have asked me how my stay was. The breakfast Supervisor was superb, super friendly and yet very professional. The room was spacious, the bathroom as well but it would have been nice if it had toiletries. The shower gel dispenser had a liquid that I could not find out if it was once hair...

"Everything was perfect! The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful, the rooms are spotless, the breakfast is excellent, easy parking available on the doorstep. The hotel location is centrally located for the shops restaurant, and and easy walk to the train station and slopes. "
