Hotel room was great, clean and airy. Definitely recommend. We actually stayed for 3 extra nights and booked through the Salzburg Tourism board which included a 3 day Salzburg Card which allows free transportation on all trams, buses and regional trains and free entry to most museums, the furnicular, cable car to the Unterberg...

Transport links were brilliant with nearby stop for many of the buses that took you right across Salzburg - recommend the Salzburg card. Staff were super nice and managed to get us an early check-in but note that this is not always possible. We liaised directly with them through Whatsapp and they responded within minutes. "The hotel was NOT open! Completely deserted. Not even furniture in the lobby. The hotel left a note with a phone number- number not in service! Tried to call through the Hotels.com app- still didn’t work/not in service. After driving six hours to show up at your fairly expensive hotel to find it non-operational- very, very, very disappointing and incredibly frustrating! "

"The property was fine. The room could be cleaned earlier. We arrived back at the hotel at 15h00 and the room was still not cleaned. In addition there was no elevator in the property which was very inconvenient as I have a hip problem and had to walk two staircases."
