"Multi story carpark within a 12 minute walk - slight discount for hotel stayers, very friendly staff, comfortable beds(!!) ! The only suggestion I may pop across, is to sound proof the room windows on the ‘ground floor’ (floor under the reception floor) I think they may be single glazed?"

Breakfast selection very good, except bacon which became hard while keeping warm. Orange/apple juice machine produced weak odd tasting drink! Coffee selection very good. Will definitely stay again when visiting brother in Edinburgh."

"This is a quaint property close to the Princes street in Edinburgh. It is a quiet and safe area close enough to the tourist attractions but away from the chaos and bustle of the Royal mile and markets. It has an old world charm and the rooms are well appointed and clean, with all features that you would expect. "
