Reception at times felt like a hostel with some staff a little unfriendly and officious and people sitting around waiting. Disappointing to have to wait to specified check in time rather than being offered the room when actually ready. Overall a good spot for a short stay. "

"It was close to the airport for an early morning flight & parking was good behind the accommodation. I didn’t like having to phone an after hours number to get code for safe to get key & then have to read out credit card number on the street. TV did not work as there was no remote & unfortunately noisy people above me for night"

"The rooms look exactly as they do in the pictures! Sleek and modern with a bright, beachy feel. The quality of the furniture and linens is very nice. The kitchen was well appointed and they provided dishwasher and laundry detergent. The ladies at the front desk were also extremely helpful and kind. I had a bit of trouble with my after hours check in, and the property manager called first thing in the morning to make sure everything turned out okay. "It was a really great place for first time holiday in Cairns being solo. The bed was so comfortable and the room was spacious for me. It was missing the little shampoo, conditioner travel bottles that i like. Overall Im happy to come back again."
