"Had an amazing stay at Hotel Villa Maranello. Great property and location but the exceptional host is what made our stay perfect. He met us at the front door and was incredibly welcoming showing us where was good to eat and drink and stories about Ferrari. Great guy!"

"Large, comfortable room. Unusually large TV provided. Easy parking. Industrial area so not scenic/walkable. Excellent restaurant next door but there are cheaper options in easy driving distance (outside of Sassuolo). Sassuolo itself isn't particularly driver-friendly so one is better off heading to nearby towns for restaurants. Large supermarket up the road and small refrigerator (empty) in room so can use as personal mini bar. AC may require assistance from hotel staff to make function...

"Restaurant on site but closed Sunday evening. Breakfast poor and the worst coffee in Italy - very weak. The hotel reception closed on Sunday afternoon/evening. No notification!!! The best thing was it was close to the Ferrari Museums. Should only have stayed 1 night"

"Beautiful location next to river and parkland, close to town and access to spa day centre. Hotel is clean, a bit dated, and service is generally good. Problem only on check out which set us back half an hour - staff could not overcome a computer set back which may be evident that a general upgrade to hotel facilities and staff training may be required"
