"Friendly professional service. Hotel is clean and well-maintained. The only opportunity that I see, is there was a power outage during our stay and there are no emergency lights anywhere in the building. We had to climb to the second floor and it totally dark stairway with no emergency lights. Not sure why there were no emergency lights anywhere in the hallways lobby or stairwells, but to me this was a very uncomfortable experience. Other than that, it was a nice day. "

"The rooms were clean and nice. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the 24/7 coffee station. Ok water pressure in the shower wasn’t great but the products were very high end. Great staff. The area was fantastic. You don’t have to drive anywhere. Shops, cafes, restaurants, and much more right at your finger tips. Very cute town, a bit pricey. "

"The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. The flooring has been replaced recently. The wall are rather thin and we could hear everything that was being talked about in the adjoining rooms and outside. Luckily, the other guests weren’t up too late as to keep us awake. "

"I like the set up of our room. It had a kitchenette with a microwave, full size refrigerator and dishwasher. There was also a large sleep sofa and pull-out dining table. All of the staff were very nice and helpful. "

"Very clean. Well maintained. Though I didn't see any staff at the lobby during our stay there, their lobby amenities are well stocked. Staff is reachable by phone and is responsive. Will come back here again. "

"TJ was awesome! He went above and beyond to accommodate us due to the cook not being available this weekend. We got upgraded from a very nice room at the Brunswick (our original reservation in Room 9), to the beautiful suite at their sister property, Union Gables, in the Henry suite. The room was immaculate, with a full working kitchen, bar area, king size bed, a fully working soaker tub, a gas fireplace, a dining table, TV, and working ceiling fans.
