"As I've never been to Lanzarote booked a last minute flight wothout accommodation. My first experience of thisnisland was Palmeras Gardens. Tbf, it was the only place that was for under 100quid. I was greeted in Reception by the wonderful and charming Celia. She was really attentive, supporting and had a positive energy about her. "Location of property is ideal only a few mins walk into the centre for supermarket and restaurants and bars. We had first floor room at back of complex with sunbeds tables and chair on balcony. Reception lady very friendly on arrival, only had cleaners once during our short stay but that wasn’t a problem for us. Nice kitchen and lounge area but not much equipment if you were cooking evening meals but plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Didn’t use the pools so can’t comment but looked nice. "

"Was difficult for people to get access to their rooms if reception not open. We had to help 3 sets of people. The noise from construction all around was loud and constant. We should have been informed prior to booking. Receptionist lovely and helpful. Comfy beds and good pool/ gym facilities. Everything worked. "

"On arrival found reception staff welcoming. Rented a safe for €3 per night, as I had read on social media the hotel had had some break-ins recently. Room was large, beds were comfortable and the shower powerful. Furniture was dated, and the paintwork and bathroom grouting is damaged making the apartment look dirty, even though i think the cleaners service the room often and all the outside spaces were very well kept.
