"Hotel and staff were very nice and helpful. Location of property is convinced because it’s around the mall, restaurants and walking distance from the island. The only issue was the wifi not working properly. But I Would definitely stay here again! "

"La Lancha is an amazing place to stay if you like nature. We enjoyed every minute during our stay. The staff is very accommodating and provides excellent customer service. We enjoyed the sauna (temascal), swam in the lake and the hotel crew helped us coordinate a boat sunset trip to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The sauna and boat is at an additional cost but is definitely worthy, They offer free continental breakfast and the food is good! We rented a car in Peten which gave us the freedom...

"El lugar es muy bonito, limpio y tiene suficiente espacio en las áreas comunes y las habitaciones. Tienen bastantes salones o áreas para eventos. Solamente falta que mejoren el servicio de algunas personas y que den mantenimiento a algunas áreas, cómo a la piscina, que tiene varios espacios sin azulejo."

"We stayed total of 4nights with one night in Tikal in the middle and stayed in 3 out of the four rooms available. It’s definitely got more of a guesthouse feel and Josef was very helpful and attentive. The standard room is really quite basic and a bit claustrophobic. Josef was nice enough to upgrade us to the Delux room for free after the first night which was lovely. The location is great in Flores. They did offer an airport pickup which we did but would recommend getting a tuk tuk for much...

"Hice mi reserva y pago por medio de la pagina. Cuando llegue al hotel, me indicaron que no trabajaban con niguna pagina se hoteles y que no tenian mi reserva. Al contactarme con Hotels.com para conentarle el caso me indican que no se pudieron contactar con el establecimiento por lo que no me podian hacer un reembolso. He usado muchas veces Hotels.com y es la primera vez que me pasa esto, lamentablemente una lección de $100 :("

"I spent three nights and everything was fine. The place is clean and all the staff members I interacted with were very nice. The bedroom I had had a window to an indoor area but not to any exterior. I did not spend too much time in there so that was fine with me. If you are a light sleeper, you may have trouble as there is some noise and music at night from next door patios (restaurants, etc.). It is easy to walk to Isla de las Flores crossing the bridge and the new bus station is 7minutes away...
