"Stayed for one night as a half-way stop back to Calais. Great central location near to bars/restaurants with free secure parking, very comfortable bed, warm with own radiator control, clean refurbished shower/bathroom. For what we wanted it was beyond expectations for the price paid. "

"Welcome to Les Tours de Fawlty. The chalets are not uncomfortable but basic and thin-walled. Beds are decent, pillows brick-like. The tour de force, however, happens in the restaurant. Having read decent reviews, we were rather looking forward to some simple but good French food. Worth mentioning at this stage that I lived in France for 14 years and speak French. "excellent séjour, le cottage VIP est parfait. Seul bémol, l'éloignement trop important de la zone 0 où était situer le cottage. plus de 35mn pour se rendre à pied à la zone nautique, qui reste le point central des attractions. Il serait pertinent d'instaurer des navettes, surtout quand la météo est mauvaise."

"Room was fine , but staff a bit remote in communication ( which was only in French ) Dinner was very average and certainly not good value for money. So we have taken a different route and a different hotel on our journey back to the UK ."

"Really lovely couple that runs this place. As noted other guests complaint that you can't check in after 9:30pm we got there well in advance and had no problem. Just as a heads up there is NO LIFT so be forewarned if you have heavy bags. Also it is not allowed to sit outside and drink a bottle of wine as the veranda is part of the restaurant. This is too bad as they have quite a nice garden."
