"Was difficult for people to get access to their rooms if reception not open. We had to help 3 sets of people. The noise from construction all around was loud and constant. We should have been informed prior to booking. Receptionist lovely and helpful. Comfy beds and good pool/ gym facilities. Everything worked. "

"On arrival found reception staff welcoming. Rented a safe for €3 per night, as I had read on social media the hotel had had some break-ins recently. Room was large, beds were comfortable and the shower powerful. Furniture was dated, and the paintwork and bathroom grouting is damaged making the apartment look dirty, even though i think the cleaners service the room often and all the outside spaces were very well kept. "This aparthotel is pleasing on the eye overall with two small pools. The basic apartment we stayed in did show some wear & tear. Apart from the loud music every night, the hotel made up for it at breakfast with a buffet breakfast with a great selection to suit every pallet from hot & cold to fruit, yoghurt & much more. The dining area was large, so everyone was able to have their own table."

"Great location, close to bars, restaurants & a supermarket. Ideal base for exploring El Cotillo and its beaches. Studio apartment was large, with a comfortable king sized bed. Nice roof terrace with small pool and great views. Check in was via emails & key collected easily from a lock box. "
