"The room while compact was nice and had a small table and chair. While we appreciate eco-friendliness, the toilet paper was really rough and nowhere to hang the hand towels. Best part was the varied breakfast spread and complimentary tea and coffee from a proper machine which is much better than an individual machine in your room."

"Excellent Reception at the hotel from check in till check out by Staff Victoria. Sadly it was her last day working with Quality hotel when we checked out. Location of the hotel could not be more convenient as the bus stop is just right in front of the hotel!"

"We had a great harbor, sea & mountain view from our balconied room. The room, although somewhat small, was very comfortable with very nice decor & comfortable beds. Complimentary coffee/tea & espresso in the lobby was quite a nice feature and the breakfast was over the top excellent! The hotel restaurant was surprisingly quite good as well! "This was a GREAT place to seek the northern lights. The room was very comfortable. The view from the room was spectacular. The food was great. The staff could not have been more helpful. Early January was the low season. Yet all staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. We loved our three night stay. We will return during the summer, for sure!"

"This hotel is right on the water and had an incredible view. The breakfast buffet is really good and had several options (including gluten free). The only reason for not choosing 5 stars is because the rooms are very dated and there isn’t free parking on the property. "

"The deck was huge and awesome!!! Need fans in each bedroom as the apartment was very hot and open windows and doors were not sufficient. Fridge door did not stay properly shut. The 3 bedroom apartment was great. Lots of room"

"What a quaint spot! We loved our stay here, it felt authentic and small but was clean and modern in terms of amenities available. Best nights sleep I had on my trip and breakfast in the morning was delicious! "Excellent experience. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I got lucky that my room has been upgraded and it has stunning lake view. Great location, close to the airport and supermarket. Provide refreshments such as coffee and tea. Room is quite big to open two big suitcases. "

A long way from the airport

"Location was great, central in Harstad. Staff was helpful and courteous. Please make note that taxis from the airport are not inexpensive. If you arrive at night, about $80 per person. Recommend coming when bus is still running or making rebtal car arrangements b4 you land."
